Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with national or NBFE/DEAC/NCCA accreditation.
• Minimum 3+ years in personal training and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Design and lead in-home and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and maintain training quality.
• Support sales and growth goals with leadership.

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions

• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
