GYMGUYZ is seeking an In Home Lead Master Personal Trainer to guide a team of mobile trainers and deliver results directly to clients at homes, offices, and community spaces.

The Master Trainer will mentor other trainers, drive client outcomes, and shape the future of fitness in the community. Certification, leadership, and communication are essential to thrive in this role, with a focus on flexible, growth-oriented opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation
