GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Lead Personal Trainer to guide a team of mobile trainers, deliver high-quality sessions, and mentor others in a dynamic client‑focused environment.

You will conduct initial assessments, design programs, and monitor client progress while promoting growth opportunities and a strong leadership culture within the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with leadership experience.
• CPR/AED certified is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and motivational skills; proven client results.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Lead Personal Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skillsSales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
