Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction to ensure member service goals are met.
• Assist management with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates to maintain store performance.
• Oversee ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain safety and compliance by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Support Club Pickup execution by updating operations, ensuring availability of equipment, and staffing the pickup area.
• Deliver excellent member service by addressing needs, guiding self-service technology, and resolving concerns.
