Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and guiding customer service approaches.
Maintain safety via safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials and forklift procedures.
Oversee Sams Club Pickup operations, ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, and monitor KPI performance.
Train and support associates in ecommerce processes and ensure adequate staffing at pickup locations.
Develop and implement processes to improve CPU efficiency and customer satisfaction.
