Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a maintenance/operations assistant at our Missouri facility. You will monitor equipment and product movement throughout the system, and perform preventive maintenance checks. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Shift flexibility and overtime may be required; we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly pay rate of $19 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment:

Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
