What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead daily operations and assign tasks to team members to meet production goals
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance across all work activities
  • Train and mentor team members on equipment, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as point-of-contact between crews and management

Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Must meet Heidelberg Materials safety and attendance standards
Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

  • $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
