Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC seeks a Supervisor Permitting to oversee permitting operations and support large-scale projects from Phoenix, AZ. The role involves coordinating with inspectors, managers, subcontractors, and finance to ensure permits are secured and projects stay on track.

We require 7–10 years in outside plant engineering with strong communication skills, financial tracking, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of outside plant engineering experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience reading prints and working with permits.

Responsibilities

• Apply for City & County permits.
• Draft TCP Requests.
• Determine municipal boundaries using county GIS maps.
• Review job prints and project drawings.
• Coordinate with inspectors, construction managers and subcontractors.
• Track permits payments and maintain project records.
