Job summary

Epiphany Family Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Peer Support, QP to lead the Peer Support Services program in a hybrid setting in the Charlotte/Gastonia area. The role combines leadership, oversight, and direct client work to ensure recovery‑oriented, compliant care.

The candidate will supervise staff, ensure documentation and billing accuracy, and engage with the community while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of peer support staff.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NC Peer Support Services guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the Peer Support program and supervise day-to-day activities.
• Deliver individual and group supervision to Peer Support staff.
• Provide direct client services, including facilitating groups and maintaining service contacts.
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and service delivery per state requirements.
• Review staff payroll/time and approve community outreach activities.
• Offer crisis intervention and advocacy support when needed.
