You will prioritize staff workloads to meet urgent client needs, supervise professional staff, and ensure compliance with clinical and billing standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with medical staff to enhance crisis programming and service quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field with 5 years in community behavioral health.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory position and peer support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff and manages workload priorities.
• Reviews charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Interviews, hires and trains staff; addresses performance issues.
• Provides leadership, promotes morale, and fosters teamwork.
• Develops and monitors program outcomes; ensures quality service.
• Prepares operations reports and collaborates on department goals.
• Participates in budget processes; supports billing changes impact analysis.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to develop treatment plans and meetings.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to privacy laws.
• Provides crisis program supervision and staff coaching.
