Job summary

Radiant Health is seeking a Supervisor of Crisis Peer Support to lead and mentor our Peer Support Specialists in delivering recovery-oriented services during mobile crisis responses. This role requires flexible scheduling, on-call rotations, and occasional travel to partner offices and events.

You will collaborate with mental health professionals and law enforcement to ensure ethical, confidential, and effective support for individuals in crisis.

Qualifications

• Certified Peer Support Professional certification required.
• Willing to obtain Peer Supervisor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Peer Support Specialists.
• Oversee peer support services during mobile crisis responses.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals, law enforcement, and crisis team members.
• Ensure timely follow-up with individuals post-crisis.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation.
• Monitor and analyze data to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Manage scheduling and assignments for peer support specialists.
