Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: NMHU student, sophmore/junior/senior, 6+ credit hours.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Prior work or peer mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Peer Mentors and oversee a team.
• Develop relationships and support students' transition and belonging.
• Organize study groups and coordinate events.
• Maintain attendance and records.
