Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in Framingham, MA. You will provide oversight, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism.

The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, parent partnerships, and data-driven decision making, with strong leadership from local clinical teams and collaboration across specialties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• BCBA certification or imminent exam within 3 months is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification/registration as required to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
