Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Framingham, MA. You will supervise clinicians, mentor technicians, and partner with families to maximize outcomes in a supportive, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification required for this role.
• Minimum of two years working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for the team and clients.
• Mentor behavior technicians and conduct clinical reviews.
• Write reports and manage funding source communications.
• Deliver parent trainings and ensure safety as a priority.
• Analyze data and guide implementation of teaching procedures.
