Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 0-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or 7+ years in PCB fabrication or related engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with departments to maintain, analyze, and improve processes, production and documentation.
• Qualify new processes both internally and externally.
• Lead root cause analysis of day-to-day issues in departments.
• Evaluate equipment through DOE and capability testing.
• Program and troubleshoot equipment software.
• Provide technical support for customers and suppliers regarding products and chemical processes.
