Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a Senior PCB Layout Designer to lead complex PCB projects from concept to production, including stack‑up development and rigorous documentation. You will work across high‑level energy, automotive, and aerospace programs with engineers from multiple disciplines.

You will apply advanced layout techniques for SDI/PI, RF, and high‑power applications, mentoring junior designers and driving design reviews with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 7+ years in high‑complexity PCB layout with production ownership.
• Expert proficiency in Altium Designer and high‑speed layout principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex PCB layouts from concept through fabrication, including stack‑up development and documentation.
• Collaborate with SI/PI engineers to meet impedance, crosstalk, and power distribution requirements.
• Generate fabrication packages (ODB++, IPC‑2581) and define design guidelines.
