State Street is seeking a Payments Anomaly Detection Lead Business Analyst to own the delivery of the anomaly detection capability in Quincy, MA. You will translate BRD into detailed requirements, design rules, validate data, and drive testing, governance and operational readiness for go-live.

Post-launch, you will oversee ongoing rule management, performance metrics and continuous improvement of the anomaly framework, coordinating with Technology, Analytics, Risk and Compliance teams.

Competenze

• 7 years of financial services experience, preferably in payments, controls, fraud or screening.
• Experience in rule design, data analysis, testing and operational readiness.
• Knowledge of RBAC, audit evidence and segregation of duties.

Mansioni

• Lead business analysis for the anomaly detection workstream, translating BRD into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own the business rules catalogue and coordinate rule-definition, prioritisation and governance.
• Validate data inputs, baselines, identifiers and calculation logic used by rules and outputs.
• Lead UI, queue, filtering, tab management, case management, and audit-trail design reviews.
• Design rule-change governance with RBAC, approvals, versioning and rollback.
