• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience
• 10+ years of technical sales/consulting/GTM experience
• Track record of building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams
• Willingness to travel ~25% to engage with customers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Solutions Architecture team to drive growth and customer success
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives
• Establish executive relationships and credibility with key decision makers
• Represent Stripe at industry events and customer reviews, shaping strategy and best practices
