Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and leadership skills. Competitive pay starting at $16.00–$18.00 per hour with benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of supervisor/lead experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• No cost for medical insurance with BCBS EPO plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members, ensuring a friendly and efficient environment.
• Process loans and extensions and manage terms with customers.
