Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales.
• Lead and coach Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
