You have 3+ years in asphalt paving or related work, prior crew leadership preferred, and knowledge of paving equipment and surface prep. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise paving crew on residential and commercial sites.

• Coordinate daily job site operations including equipment and materials.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance.
• Communicate progress with project managers and clients.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols on site.
• Troubleshoot paving issues to keep projects on schedule.
