Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of asphalt paving experience.
• Experience leading field crews in paving or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read project specs and schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and overtime.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily asphalt paving operations safely and on schedule.
• Plan manpower, equipment, trucking, and material needs.
• Maintain safety compliance per OSHA/MSHA and CRH programs.
• Coordinate production with plant, trucking, and operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and crew performance.
• Train and mentor crew members on paving techniques.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and documentation.
• Manage schedules, time reporting, and workforce planning.
• Maintain production records and project docs.
• Communicate updates to supervisor and stakeholders.
