Bold City Seal Services LLC in Saint Johns, FL is seeking an experienced Paving Foreman to lead our crew on residential and commercial projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on quality, schedule, and safety, with opportunities to grow within the company.

You have 3+ years in asphalt paving or related work, prior crew leadership preferred, and knowledge of paving equipment and surface prep. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus.

About the Role

Bold City Seal Services LLC is looking for an experienced Paving Foreman to lead our crew in Saint Johns, FL! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality work, keep projects on track, and be a key part of a growing team that takes pride in every job. Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct paving crew members on residential and commercial job sites
• Oversee asphalt paving, sealcoating, and related surface work to ensure quality standards
• Coordinate daily job site operations including equipment, materials, and crew scheduling
• Inspect finished work for quality control and compliance with project specifications
• Communicate with project managers and clients regarding job progress and timelines
• Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
• Troubleshoot paving issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt paving, sealcoating, or related paving work
• Prior crew-lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of paving equipment operations, techniques, materials, and surface preparation preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
• Ability to manage a crew and project operations and maintain a positive, productive job site environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
