Florida Coastal Paving is seeking an experienced Paving Foreman to lead daily asphalt paving operations in the field. The Foreman directs crews, coordinates equipment and materials, and maintains production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on paving experience, proven field leadership, and the ability to manage crews and equipment in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asphalt paving crews in field operations.
• Ability to direct operators, laborers, and crew members to meet daily goals.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving methods, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Capable of reading and interpreting project plans and specs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paving crews during daily field operations.
• Coordinate daily paving activities including preparation, asphalt placement, grading, rolling, and cleanup.
• Monitor performance and productivity; train crew in paving techniques and safety.
• Coordinate equipment use and coordinating manpower, materials, and trucking.
• Ensure work aligns with project specs, grades, and quality standards.
