Qualifications

• Leadership or supervision experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical or therapeutic care under supervision of physicians or health practitioners.
• Coordinate the work and activities of assigned staff, including setting performance expectations.
• Provide guidance to staff and foster mutual trust and cooperation.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and administer basic health care or treatments.
• Oversee admitting and discharging.
• Monitor patient well-being and report concerns to appropriate staff.
