Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking staff to provide personal care services to patients under clinical or nursing leadership, maintaining a safe and empathetic environment. You will document patient information, assist with daily living activities, and support transportation as needed.

Shifts include Full time and Part Time-Day and Evening/Night options, with a focus on patient safety and timely communication with nursing staff. Training for CPR and de-escalation is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety and provide excellent customer services.
• Ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive and structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision at 15 minute intervals as needed.
