Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a TMS Technician to provide direct patient care during Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments. You will work under a physician, administering and managing clinical services and supporting office tasks. The role involves patient interaction, treatment coordination, and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) procedures and ensure understanding.
• Handle TMS-related calls from patients, providing information and assistance.
• Schedule initial consultations with TMS providers based on patient location.
• Gather and manage patient information and prior authorizations for treatment.
• Coordinate care with internal and external clinicians and update patient records.
