Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting for a Pfizer patient affordability analytics role in New York. You will analyze copay data, build dashboards, and translate findings into strategic recommendations to optimize program performance.

The position requires 6+ years in affordability analytics, advanced Excel and visualization skills, and clear communication with senior leaders. Domestic travel may be needed, and full-time on-site work in the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in copay, affordability, patient support services, or access and reimbursement analytics.
• Experience analyzing copay claims and longitudinal patient data (IQVIA, CoverMyMeds, Relay Health, or similar data sources).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Understanding of cost adjustment programs and their impact on Gross-to-Net performance.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership exposure.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving new analytical approaches.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and coach peers.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on permanent basis; U.S. work visa sponsorship not available.
• Ability to travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics and insight development for Pfizer's patient affordability and copay programs.
• Develop and maintain data, models, and dashboards supporting affordability decisions.
• Partner with Patient Affordability team on program strategy and decisions.
• Quantify impact of copay changes on program cost, patient access, and net sales.
• Develop OpEx and GTN forecasting models for budgeting and planning.
• Translate claims data into executive-ready insights.
• Identify underperformance, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Build and maintain program performance dashboards and metrics.
• Frame analyses in terms of revenue impact and savings delivered.
• Collaborate with copay vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and regulatory conformity.
• Handle ad hoc analytical requests from brand and access partners.
• Work with Pfizer Patient Services, digital, finance, legal, compliance, and brand teams.
