Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Affordability Analytics to transform copay and affordability data into actionable insights. The role partners with Patient Services and cross-functional teams to shape strategic programs that improve patient access and drive revenue impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years of experience in copay, affordability, patient support services, or access and reimbursement analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
SQL, SAS, Python, R experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support data driven insights for patient services programs and partner with leads to advance brand priorities.
Serve as analytics partner to the Patient Affordability team for strategy and decision-making.
Support program optimization modeling on copay design, eligibility, and GTN impact.
Develop OpEx and GTN forecasting models for budgeting and planning.
Translate claims data into executive-ready insights and identify optimization opportunities.
Build and maintain program performance dashboards for consistent health metrics.
