Job summary

Pfizer's Patient Solution Insights & Analytics team seeks a senior data professional to drive analytics and insights for patient services programs. You will collaborate with brand leaders to build data products and dashboards that inform Oncology and Primary Care strategies.

The role requires strong coding (SQL/Python/R), excellent communication, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid NYHQ 2–3 days/week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Biopharma, analytics, consulting, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on coding in SQL or similar data tools (Python, R, SAS).
• Experience with physician-level prescribing, payer data, and formulary data is a plus.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights and solutions for Pfizer's patient services programs.
• Develop models, insights, and data products aligned with brand priorities.
• Identify KPIs to monitor program performance and drive action plans.
• Collaborate with PPS, Digital, Operations, and Access teams to translate insights into plans.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial compliance.
