Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in patient access/registration.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Secure handling and accurate recording of payments at point of service.
• Assist admitting/registration activities and complex escalations.
• Lead PAS team meetings and mentor peers.
• Lead complex patient registration and service escalations.
• Troubleshoot complex registration workflows.
• Be expert in all PAS registration workflows.
• Draft and report PAS KPIs and metrics.
• Support system testing and validation of end-user functionality.
• Coordinate patient care with clinical partners.
