Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of relevant experience in medical office support, and/or administrative support processes.
• Crisis Prevention training completion within 90 days of hire; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Site Support Specialists.
• Track and report ideas to improve patient flow to management.
• Provide coverage for Site Support Specialists as needed.
• Maintain timely scheduling and accurate administrative/financial paperwork.
• Ensure patient access and confidentiality in the front office and medical records.
• Manage and balance daily financial transactions and reports.
• Travel between multiple worksites as required.
