Job summary

Encore Foulk is seeking a dynamic Admissions Director to lead patient intake and enrollment processes within our community. You will supervise the admissions team, ensure HIPAA compliance, and optimize patient flow from admission through discharge to provide excellent service.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare management experience, strong EHR proficiency (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft), and a track record of staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong background in healthcare management, budgeting, and billing.
• Experience with hospital or acute care workflows is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the admissions team, including training and evaluations.
• Oversee scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of patient data.
• Optimize patient flow from admission to discharge.
• Monitor budgeting and resource allocation for the admissions department.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care pathways.
