The Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley seeks an experienced administrator to oversee the Parenting Education Program. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service delivery, manage case documentation, and handle monthly billing and contract renewals.

You will train new staff, coordinate referrals, maintain files, and generate reports for funding sources. The role involves working with parents connected to court systems and child welfare services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field with supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise others and manage staff.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years supervisory experience considered in lieu of Master’s.
• Must become certified Parenting Education instructor within one year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide administration and supervision of the Parenting Education Program to ensure quality service delivery and accurate case documentation.
