Job summary

Children- in Iowa seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the Parent Partner Program, guided by the Iowa Parent Partner Approach and Governing Philosophy. You will mentor a team of Parent Partners, coordinate referrals, and ensure adherence to policy, reporting, and statewide activities.

You will collaborate with HHS and attend trainings, with responsibilities including staff oversight, data integrity, and community partnerships to strengthen families in the state.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring experience in child welfare or human services.
• Strong writing and reporting skills, including court reports/testimony preferred.
• Clear communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Parent Partner Program operations in collaboration with the Statewide Director and teams.
• Recruit, retain, and support a team of Parent Partners across Iowa service areas.
• Provide monthly one-on-one coaching and referrals, ensure compliance with processes.
• Schedule and lead monthly clinical support meetings for the team.
• Maintain data entry and program tracking with QA staff.
