Children & Families of Iowa seeks a Parent Partner Program Coordinator to lead the statewide Parent Partner Program, manage daily operations, and guide a team of Parent Partners. You will collaborate with the Statewide Director and other teams to ensure program alignment with Iowa Parent Partner Approach.

The role emphasizes mentorship, staff oversight, and building partnerships with human service professionals across the state, with opportunities for professional growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising staff in child welfare or human services.
• Strong written communication and ability to document reports and testimony.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Iowa Parent Partner Coordinator Certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Parent Partner Program.
• Recruit, retain, and support Parent Partners across Iowa.
• Provide monthly one-on-one coaching and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with referral, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Schedule monthly clinical support meetings for the Parent Partner team.
• Coordinate data entry and program tracking with QA.
