Job summary

Children- is seeking a Parent Partner Program Coordinator to guide Parent Partners across Iowa, collaborating with the Statewide Director and HHS to ensure program excellence and strong community partnerships.

You will recruit, mentor, and support teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with reporting and documentation while delivering family-centered, strengths-based services.

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time child welfare or human services experience.
• Iowa Parent Partner Coordinator Certification within six months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Parent Partner Program with Statewide Director and HHS.
• Recruit, train, and support Parent Partners across Iowa.
• Ensure compliance with referral, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly clinical support meetings for the team.
• Collaborate with HHS and participate in required statewide events.
• Monitor tasks using standardized checklists and calendars.
