Job summary

Daedalus Industrial is seeking a Production Manager to lead a dedicated data center BMS/EPMS panel program. You will own the build schedule, shop capacity, throughput, quality, and safety, guiding foreman and technicians to finish, test, and ship panels on time.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of panel building, and excellent planning and organizational skills, partnering with QA/QC and Material Managers to meet targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a panel shop or electrical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities with a focus on on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet weekly/daily targets.
• Own critical path build schedule and ensure on-time ship dates.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving on outbound shipments and delivery dates.
• Manage program status in Smartsheet and ensure daily updates.
• Lead Foreman, Trainer, and technicians; recruit and onboard as needed.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping on the shop floor.
