Job summary

Daedalus Industrial in Powdersville, SC is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production for a dedicated data center BMS/EPMS panel program. You will own the build schedule, capacity, throughput, quality, and safety, and serve as the point of contact for the program Project Manager and customer.

You will lead the Foreman, Trainer, and panel technicians, coordinate with QA/QC and Materials, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and on-time shipping of panels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production in a panel shop or electrical manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs.
• Familiarity with UL 508A and NEC.
• Experience scheduling and capacity planning.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Convert program release schedule into weekly/daily production plans.
• Own critical path build schedule and ensure on-time shipping.
• Balance labor, floor space, and material to meet throughput.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving on outbound shipments.
• Own program status in Smartsheet and keep updated daily.
• Lead Foreman, Trainer, and panel technicians; supervise meetings.
• Establish and maintain standard work; track key production metrics.
• Review quality logs; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
