Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Assembly Lead to guide one or more teams in production/manufacturing processes. You will assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to policies while coaching associates. Work with management to improve manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Two or more years as a shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience in ISO 9001 certified environments.
• Two or more years in UL and NEC codes.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours.
• Alignment with company core values.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes workflow.
• Communicates job expectations, plans, monitors progress, and evaluates results.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring processes, variables, equipment, and resources; fosters cooperation.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to complete the production plan.
• Maintains production standards and ensures quality service.
• Evaluates new equipment and techniques to improve operations.
• Compiles production data and answers questions from leadership.
• Develops procedures and implements changes to operations.
• Researches new processes to reduce costs.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and policy compliance.
• Maintains relationships with union representatives per contract.
• Resolves personnel issues using data-driven approaches.
• Keeps professional knowledge current through workshops and publications.
