Qualifications

• Completion of high school or vocational school.
• Three years of maintenance experience preferred for lead work.
• Lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Respond to emergency service calls on a 24-hour basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead/supervises a crew in painting, refinishing, and related trades.
• Direct Carpentry Team in major painting/refinishing projects.
• Coordinate work orders and schedule work with Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and compliance with county policies.
