Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years journey-level painting experience.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior painting and finishing.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting and finishing on various surfaces throughout City facilities.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed.
• Repair drywall, joints, and related surface imperfections to achieve a professional finish.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment including airless sprayers and pressure washers.
• Coordinate painting projects, plan work sequences, and minimize disruption to City operations.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
