Job summary

WPP Media (EssenceMediacom) seeks a Supervisor, Paid Search to manage day-to-day client-paid search campaigns and mentor a small team. You will develop strategy with a focus on delivering performance against client KPIs.

You will oversee 3–4 junior specialists, present results in status calls, and collaborate across Google Ads, SA360, and CM360 to optimize campaigns. The role offers a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on DR performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), SA360, CM360.
• Proven experience launching, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search and PMax campaigns.
• Strong foundation in tCPA/ROAS bidding, impression share analysis, keyword research and audience targeting.
• Experience forecasting large paid search portfolios and managing budgets with tools like Prisma.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of client-paid search programs including strategy, bid recommendations, execution and budgets.
• Oversee a small team (3-4 juniors), set priorities, manage workflow and QA across Paid Search and PMax setups.
• Build client relationships by acting as primary contact and presenting performance results and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against client KPIs and baselines.
• Track data, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency using reporting tools.
• Test new campaign types, formats, and automated tools to improve efficiency.
• Participate in agency-wide initiatives and tool rollouts to refine search practice.
