Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

The role requires leadership, hands‑on coaching, and a strong safety mindset. Responsibilities include live‑line work, equipment operation, and ensuring quality and on‑time project completion.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience.
• CDL required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Perform live-line work using proper PPE and techniques.
• Coach and train junior crew members in safe procedures.
• Ensure project quality and meet completion deadlines.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks and other equipment.
• Coordinate safety briefings and pre-job tailgate meetings.
• Travel to different job sites as needed by operations.
