Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical overhead distribution systems safely. The role involves work on energized and de-energized lines and may require travel to various job sites, including out-of-state locations, reporting to the General Foreman.

As a safety‑focused leader, you will coach crew members, oversee project quality, operate bucket trucks and other equipment, and coordinate live‑line work with proper PPE and procedures.

Qualifications

• Five years of overhead line experience is required.
• Valid CDL required.
• Proficient with MS Word and basic MS Office.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Perform live-line work with safety first.
• Coach and train less-experienced crew members.
• Ensure project quality and meet completion deadlines.
• Operate equipment such as bucket trucks and tensioners.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
