Pike Electric LLC is seeking a safety‑minded Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing overhead distribution lines. You will work on energized and de‑energized systems, travel to various job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

This role requires controlling quality and meeting deadlines while maintaining safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising crew activities, conducting safety briefings, coaching junior workers, installing lines and components, and performing

Competenze

• Five years of overhead line experience required.
• Proficient in basic computer operations including Microsoft Word.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours and out-of-state assignments.

Mansioni

• Lead crew to construct, maintain and repair overhead distribution systems with safety as priority.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings and coach junior workers.
• Ensure project quality and timely completion.
• Install and repair overhead lines, poles, insulators and conductors.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and travel to multiple job sites, including outages or emergencies.
