Unison Behavioral Health Group seeks an Outpatient Program Manager (Associate-Fully Licensed Therapist) to lead the Bacon County program, overseeing clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program.

The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and active Georgia licensure (LCSW/LPC preferred; LMSW/LAPC acceptable). Supervisory experience is required, with responsibilities including policy oversight and data-driven management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Bacon program and staff.
• Direct clinical activities and daily operations of the behavioral health program.
• Oversee program policies for participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations.
• Supervise, plan, and evaluate work activities of assigned staff.
• Provide clinical services and crisis assessments and backfill when staff are on leave.
