Job summary

Unison Behavioral Health Group seeks an Outpatient Program Manager (Associate-Fully Licensed Therapist) to lead the Charlton program at Charlton BH. The role oversees clinical activities, daily operations, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in behavioral sciences, is fully licensed to provide counseling in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, etc.), and has prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Fully licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia preferred, but associate license accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Charlton program and its staff.
• Direct clinical activities and daily operations of the behavioral health program.
• Oversee program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations.
• Supervise, plan, and evaluate work activities of assigned staff.
• Aid in implementation of business strategy from analysis of SPQM data.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and workflows are followed daily.
• Provide clinical services and crisis assessments and backfill when staff are on leave.
