Qualifications

• Three (3) years post masters leadership experience in addictions and behavioral health programs.
• Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN or Psychologist required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, operational, and fiscal activities of outpatient services.
• Lead TJC accredited behavioral health services.
• Apply management principles to operations independently.
