Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Program Manager, Lic to coordinate behavioral health services for outpatient services at Community Fairbanks Recovery Center. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure services align with quality and financial targets.

The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in behavioral health, 1+ years leadership, 3+ years clinical experience, and Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT). You will lead with empathy and drive exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate level degree (Master’s level or above) in a behavioral health field.
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience in mental health/behavioral health.
• Licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.
• Clinical skills appropriate to assigned business unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee behavioral health services for outpatient services.
• Provide day-to-day onsite oversight of clinical services and operations.
• Supervise all clinical staff and ensure conformance with standards.
• First-line response to customer complaints and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Achieve clinical and financial program targets.
